Repair Service

Costs in the health care business have changed tremendously; therefore we provide a repair service for our costumers. In many instances, repairing or restoring instruments can turn out less costly for our costumers than replacing them.

Before repairs are started, a complete evaluation is performed on the instruments technical, functional and optical integrity in order to determine if it is cost effective to repair rather than replace the instrument. If repairs are completed, our customer essentially receives a new instrument at a lower cost.

Technical Service :

– We only accept instruments that are clean and sterilized beforehand.

– All instruments are evaluated previously to determine if it is cost effective to repair.

– If an instrument cannot be repaired, we will make you an offer on a new one.

– The repaired instrument will be labeled with the inscription Motric and the repair date and the original label will be maintained.

– Types of repairs include : Sharpening, Surface Treatment, Adjusting, Cut and Performance Inspection, Cleaning, Gold Plating, Thermal Treatment and Welding of Tungsten Carbide Plates.
